These are the LATAM Airlines routes we book by phone. We do not publish a fare we have not verified — call and we will quote yours.
Because a South American itinerary usually has a domestic leg on the end, and whether that leg sits on the same ticket decides what happens when the international flight is late. LATAM can normally carry the whole journey, but it has to be booked that way. An agent confirms it is one booking before you pay, not after.
LATAM is the largest airline in South America, with a network of roughly 145 destinations across 27 countries organised around four hubs: Santiago, São Paulo, Lima and Bogotá. For anyone flying from the United States deep into South America, it is usually the carrier with the most ways to get there. The other reason to call is everything a search box cannot do. If the itinerary is complicated — several cities, an open jaw, a long stopover — someone has to check that it genuinely connects rather than only looking like it does. If you are booking for a parent who needs wheelchair assistance at the gate, or for a child travelling as an unaccompanied minor, that has to be arranged with LATAM Airlines and confirmed on the record, not assumed. And if something goes wrong on the day of travel, you have a number to call and a person who already has your booking in front of them.
And then there are the fares. We hold private consolidator contracts that are not published on public booking sites, and an agent can check those against what LATAM Airlines publishes for your dates in a single call. Sometimes the public fare wins — when it does, you’ll know. Where a person reliably beats a search box is flexibility: moving a departure by a day or two, or trying a nearby airport, is worth more on most routes than any promotion.
Airline policies change. Everything above is confirmed with you on the call against LATAM Airlines’s current rules at the time you book.

Same-day and next-day bookings are where online checkout fails most often — and there is no time to recover from it. A call takes that risk out.
Last-minute international bookings are exactly the ones a bank flags. By the time the card is cleared, the fare you were holding has usually gone.
A fare sitting in a cart is not a fare held. Near-term prices refresh fast, and the seat you were quoted can reprice before checkout finishes.
Fare classes sell out from the bottom up. On a same-day departure what is left is often several classes higher than the price you saw this morning.
If the booking fails, or a name does not match the passport on a same-day ticket, a web form is the wrong tool. An agent fixes it on the call.
