VivaAerobus flies point to point rather than through a single connecting hub. Its largest operation is at Monterrey, with substantial bases at Mexico City, Cancún, Tijuana and Guadalajara, and it reaches more than a dozen US cities — Houston, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Miami, Orlando, Chicago, New York, San Antonio, Austin, Dallas and Denver among them. The other reason to call is everything a search box cannot do. If the itinerary is complicated — several cities, an open jaw, a long stopover — someone has to check that it genuinely connects rather than only looking like it does. If you are booking for a parent who needs wheelchair assistance at the gate, or for a child travelling as an unaccompanied minor, that has to be arranged with VivaAerobus and confirmed on the record, not assumed. And if something goes wrong on the day of travel, you have a number to call and a person who already has your booking in front of them.
And then there are the fares. We hold private consolidator contracts that are not published on public booking sites, and an agent can check those against what VivaAerobus publishes for your dates in a single call. Sometimes the public fare wins — when it does, you’ll know.
